The member has met the academic, clinical and language requirements for a general certificate and is working under the mentorship of a member who holds a general certificate and has at least 4 years of professional experience.
The member has met all the requirements for registration and has successfully completed the period of initial registration or has two years of professional experience in another jurisdiction.
The member has previously held a general certificate and is not authorized to engage in active professional practice in Ontario during the current registration year (i.e. October 1st to September 30th).
The member is registered to practice to the extent required by the teaching or research requirements of the professional appointment in speech-language pathology and/or audiology in an Ontario university.
The member practices speech-language pathology and/or audiology in another jurisdiction and has been invited to teach in Ontario for up to one year under the authorization/supervision of a member who holds a general certificate of registration.
A member who has retired and is no longer authorized to engage in active professional practice in Ontario.
