If you request a password reset link and it does not arrive in your Inbox, please check your Junk/Spam/Clutter folder.
If you do not find it and you are using a company email, it may be caught in your company’s spam filter. Your company I.T. department must rectify this by adding the caslpo.com domain to the safe senders list.
If you are unable to have this done, please send an email to email@example.com with the new, personal email you would like to use.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via Admin.
The College communicates to members by email, sending information such as tax receipts, registration renewal, quality assurance requirements, practice advice, and other important College programs and updates. CASLPO works on the assumption that all of our members get all of our emails. It is the member’s responsibility to make sure the College has your current contact information, updated within 30 days of a change, and ensure that the organization you work for does not block College emails.
